In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. It can heal broken hearts and temper break downs. Tea and biscuits is one of the best things about being British. Our youngest son Zaki adores bourbons and so in the Spring, I bought a bourbon biscuit cutter as part of a set of four biscuit cutters including a Jammy.
